- 1 recipe bourbon barbecue sauce (see link in recipe description above)
- 12 units chicken wings
Ingredients for the rub
- 3 tsp funnel seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Notes
The rub gives extra flavour to those barbecue chicken wings. As always do not hesitate to adjust the herbs and spices to your taste.
