  • 500g chicken breast(about 1 pound)
  • 2cloves garliccrushed
  • 2tbsp fresh cilantro / corianderfinely chopped
  • 1tbsp fresh ginger rootgrated
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100mL vegetable stock(a bit less than half a cup)
  • 1dash black pepper
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the crushed garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes stirring continuously.
  4. Add the honey, the soy sauce, the vegetable stock and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cilantro and stir for 1 minute.
  6. It s ready!
Recipe Notes

Before serving taste to see if you need salt. The soy sauce is already quite salty so better adding the salt at the end of the recipe if it is needed.
